We spent the lasts 3 Yin Yoga Classes learning about our 7 Chakras. We incorported Yin Yoga poses to open up the chakra of choice.
The first week we did the lower 3 Earth - Chakras, the next week the upper 3 Heaven - Chakras then yesterday the Center - Heart Chakra.
