I offer THREE different class varieties for your convenience. Pick what works best for your schedule and lifestyle..or all three!! Please feel free to contact me with any questions.

MANISTEE ARMORY  - located at 555 First Street.

8am STRENGTH & STRONG  Full body toning combined with intervals of cardio including a warm up and cool down.  Bring a set of hand weights to class along with a mat. Modifications are shown so all levels welcome!

8am YOGA CLASS In these classes the basic, foundational yoga postures are practiced to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body.

*Tuesday class is more a Slow Flow Vinyasa

*Thursday class is Gentle Yoga with longer slower holds. Breathing techniques and meditation are also integrated. All levels welcome!


Please bring your own 'stuff' including mat, water bottle, hand weights/sweat towel, (9am class) and a blanket for yoga is nice.

The Armory is offering both punch cards and walk in options for classes. The punch cards can be used for other Armory Activities such as Pickle Ball & Open Walking.

*$5 Walk In per class

*11 Punch Card for $50 (a $55 Value)

*18 Punch Card for $80 (a $90 Value)

*24 Punch Card for $100 (a $120 Value)

MANISTEE HEALTH & FITNESS- located at 1345 E Parkdale Ave. The Manistee Health Connection is a full-service fitness facility located in the Munson Healthcare Manistee Community Health Center.  Classes are included in a membership or you can pay a drop in fee.

Use different sculpting tools such as Bosu, Stability ball and Kettlebells to strength and tone your whole body including intervals of cardio. No two classes are the same!

9:15- 9:45am MAT PILATES

30 minutes of mat pilates concentration on your core and more.

9:45- 10:30am   YOGA 

Flow from pose to pose, linking movement and breath. Breath work and relaxation-savasana are included. 


8:30- 9:15 am  CARDIO STEP

Classic step aerobics using a platform to increase your heart rate with intervals of strength training.

9:15- 9:45am TOTAL TONING

30 minutes to tone up using all the fun equipment at the Health Connection including hand weights, Body Bars, kettlebell just to name a few.

9:45- 10:30am   YOGA 

Flow from pose to pose, linking movement and breath. Breath work and relaxation-savasana are included.
