As you may already know, I started working on the next level of Yoga Teacher Training. I found a Covid Silver Lining during lockdown and finished 300 hour more hours of training to complete the 500 hours. I am know certified under Yoga Alliance and plan to pass on some of my teachings. These include Yoga Nidra, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga along with Advanced Sequencing and Adaptive Yoga just to name a few.
